Concrete Cutting
We cut reinforced concrete of any thickness with blades, wire and wall saws — no percussion, no damage to the structure that stays standing.

When thickness exceeds any blade, diamond wire cuts the whole section in a single controlled operation.
Diamond wire is the tool that solves what no saw can: massive reinforced concrete sections where blade diameter falls short. A cable with diamond beads wraps the element, runs at high speed and closes the loop until the piece separates. GPC Construcciones has operated wire saw equipment in Tijuana for over a decade.
Its great advantage is control. The cut is quiet next to a breaker, transmits no vibration, and the freed piece can be rigged out in blocks sized by the lift plan. On bridge demolitions, pier caps, columns, deep beams and massive foundations it is the only technique that lets you work beside a structure still in service.
The loop adapts to the element: deep beams, piers, pier caps and foundation blocks of any size.
The wire works submerged, which allows work in pits, docks and hydraulic structures.
The break-up is planned so each block stays within crane capacity and leaves the site whole.
No percussion, no impact: we cut a metre away from a column in service without risking its capacity.
