Diamond cutting solves what an abrasive disc ruins. In hard and brittle materials — natural stone, ceramic, tile, glass, brick, engineered slabs — the diamond edge enters without chipping and leaves a clean line that needs no rework.

GPC Construcciones applies diamond cutting on site and in the shop, with tooling matched to the material: continuous rim for ceramic and glass, segmented for concrete and stone, turbo for fast feed in masonry. It is the same principle we use on structure, applied at finish scale.

What this service includes

No chipped edges

The continuous rim enters progressively; the piece does not jump or spall at the exit edge.

Segment and speed are chosen by hardness and brittleness — not everything is cut with the same disc.

An abrasive disc consumes itself and changes diameter as it cuts, so it loses accuracy, heats the material and chips the edge on brittle pieces.

In ceramic and stone yes, with vacuum extraction. In concrete and thick sections wet cutting is preferable so the segment does not burn.
