Diamond Bits and Blades for Cutting and Drilling
Concrete cutting and drilling with Hilti equipment and diamond tooling selected by material.
Diamond tooling is not interchangeable. A segment formulated for green concrete glazes over in cured concrete and stops cutting; a hard one in abrasive material wears out in minutes. The difference between a job that advances and one that stalls is almost always tooling selection.
GPC Construcciones works with Hilti equipment and diamond tooling for concrete cutting and drilling. We stock the bit range from 1" to 24" and the blades matched to each machine, so the job does not stop waiting for consumables.

Questions about diamond bits and blades
Our service is execution: we bring equipment and tooling to the job. If you need advice on which tool suits a task, we are glad to give it.
Most likely it glazed over: the bond is not eroding at the diamond's rate and the crystals are buried. It is redressed by cutting abrasive material, or swapped for a softer segment.
The one on the anchor system's data sheet, not the rebar diameter. The annulus is part of the bond calculation.
